The pink champagne was Vve Fourny & Fils from Vertu. It was the Rose Premier Cru and the only non-German wine that we had. I wonder if any of these wines are available in Canada but am glad I took notes. (And right now I'm not able to assess whether "are" as opposed to "is" is correct in that sentence.)
