It again is supposed to be very hot with unrelenting sunshine (although according to theweathernetwork.com only 29, but I wonder if that's accurate). Is there any point putting on a new shirt when it will immediately come into contact with sweat? Does you answer change if this would be the third consecutive day in the same shirt? I also managed to create a new blister with all the walking yesterday in sandals, so may need to go with running socks and running shoes today, even if our time with Milos is only four hours and not eight like on Friday.
